The SGS-polymers were developed in the late seventies in the former Soviet Union.
The SGS-polymers are highly porous solid filter materials, in which the function of ion exchangers, adsorbents, deemulsifiers and microfilters are combined.
The applicability
of the SGS-polymers to drinking water purification, wastefree water softening,
purification of radioactive contaminated water and purification of industrial
waste water have already been proved.
